Program Description:

The College of Library and Information Science (CLIS) at the University of South Carolina offers the Master of Library and Information Science degree and is fully accredited by the American Library Association (ALA), and the National Council for the Accreditation of Teacher Education (NCATE) The College also offers two programs of advanced study beyond the Master's degree: the Certificate of Advanced. Graduate Study in Library and Information Science and the Specialist in Library and Information Science degree.
