Program Description:
University of San Francisco’s Master of Science in Organization Development (MSOD) program prepares you to assume leadership roles in the transformation of organizations, through an emphasis on both academic rigor and ethical practice. The program integrates, synthesizes, and evaluates theories from the fields of organizational behavior, organization theory, change leadership, group dynamics, and communication. As a student, you’ll learn relevant theory, gain interdisciplinary knowledge, and develop practical skills in organizational assessment, diagnosis, intervention, and evaluation. This program meets the standards recommended by the Division of Organizational Development and Change of the Academy of Management.
USF's MSOD program is available at University of San Francisco's San Francisco Campus and East Bay Campus. Classes are taught on weeknights or weekends to accommodate the schedules of working professionals. For more information, visit our website.
