Program Description:
The University of San Diego's Doctoral and Master's degree programs are designed for professionals who work or desire to work in a variety of organizational settings: management consulting firms, nongovernmental organizations, nonprofit agencies, municipal and county government, entrepreneurial endeavors, schools, and others. In the interdisciplinary leadership courses students critique theories of leadership, study research, examine models of change and policy-making, discuss ethical issues, consider adult development, and engage in future studies.
