Program Description:

The Master of Science Executive Leadership (MSEL) is a 36 unit masters program that combines the professional business expertise of the University of San Diego business professors with innovative leadership training by the consultants of The Ken Blanchard Companies. This cohort-based curriculum is designed for senior executives and managers seeking promotion to the highest levels of their organizations. Classes meet one weekend a month and one week each summer for 21 months.
