Program Description:

This certificate program develops or enhances students' skills in designing and managing planned systems of organizational change, facilitating large- and small-group dynamics and understanding organizational culture. Courses for this certificate are a mix of elective and master's degree courses. Twenty-four semester credits are required. This certificate program is the first of its kind in Minnesota to be accredited by the Organization Development Institute.
