The Medical Scientist Training Program at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry, funded in part by a Medical Scientist Training Program grant from the National Institutes of Health, provides the outstanding faculty and wide diversity of research training opportunities which can only be found in our nation's leading biomedical research and clinical training centers. With our emphasis on innovative medical education, and the strong of our faculty to research and teaching, the environment at Rochester is ideal for obtaining the M.D. and Ph.D. degrees.
