The Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management allows postgraduate students to specialise in Human Resource Management specifically. The goal of this course is to provide an alternative to students who feel that the MBA and MBus with a specialisation in HRM have only marginal appeal in terms of their career aspirations. The Graduate Diploma allows them to explore in greater depth and breadth the issues and competencies relevant to them.
