Program Description:

Education and training are at the forefront of plans to restructure the Australian economy. The demand for vocational education and training is increasing. The Graduate Diploma in Further Education and Training is a nationally recognised course designed to enable educators and trainers in the post-compulsory education and training sectors who already hold a degree or diploma to acquire recognised education qualifications. The criterion-oriented design focuses on the knowledge, skills and attitudes necessary for educators/trainers to develop their on-the-job planning, instruction, evaluation and course design capabilities to a high standard.
