Program Description:
The MAEd/TED-S degree program prepares candidates for teacher licensure and focuses on secondary student learning. The mission of this program is to provide students, who already have a bachelor's degree in a discipline other than education, with the skills and knowledge that will enable them to become competent and effective educators. Student teaching and verified field experiences/observation are required in this degree program.
Each student/applicant is responsible for checking with his or her state Department of Education and/or school district to determine specific credentialing requirements.
