Program Description:

The Microbiology and Virology Program of the Cell and Molecular Biology Graduate Group organizes graduate education in microbiology and virology. The goal of this program is produce the microbiologists and virologists of the 21st century who will use modern technologies in molecular and cellular biology to understand the fundamental mechanisms by which procaryotic and viral agents cause disease.
