Program Description:

The Oregon MBA at the University of Oregon, the state's flagship liberal arts institution, combines a solid foundation of core business courses with numerous electives and myriad experiential learning opportunities. These are focused on four signature centers in Entrepreneurship, Securities Analysis, Sports Marketing, and Sustainable Business Practices. Ranked among the top 10 percent of business schools accredited by AACSB International, the Oregon MBA is among the West Coast elite programs.
Students choose The Oregon MBA, because the program is
Comprehensive & center-focused
Eight core courses, a capstone class, and an emphasis on effective communication skills, team dynamics, case analysis, business leadership and ethics form the broad foundation for the electives and learning activities of the four centers of excellence.

Experiential & entrepreneurial
Through the second-year Strategic Planning Project and other consulting projects, business planning and competitions, students apply classroom learning to the real world as well as identify and pursue new opportunities.

Small & personal
The entering class has no more than 60 students; electives average below 30 students. Students have plenty of time to shine and to get to know their classmates and professors well.

Collegial & diverse
Drawn from at least twenty-five states and a dozen countries, students offer multicultural lessons in tolerance, cooperation, and diversity.

Quintessentially Oregon
The program and its students are the embodiment of Oregon values and concern for community, environment, and the world: a commitment to active, balanced life-styles, innovation, entrepreneurial initiative, and sustainability.
