Program Description:

Counseling Psychology Program utilizes an ecological model of training within a scientist-practitioner framework. Students are trained in the theory andpractice of working with individuals, children, families, and the community as a whole. The curriculum is based on an ecological model of humanfunctioning, which asserts that human behavior always occurs within a context and that these contexts must be taken into account if the behavior is to beunderstood.
