Program Description:

This program focuses on application of statistical concepts and methodology to the solution of practical problems in a variety of disciplines including, but not limited to, education, social sciences, physical sciences, and business. Coursework includes both theoretical and applied training in statistics, design, general quantitative methodology, and qualitative research methods. Graduates are prepared for careers as university faculty, program evaluators, data analysts, and statistical consultants.

A limited number of graduate assistantships are available including working in the Research Consulting Lab, teaching introductory statistics, or serving as a research assistant on program evaluation projects.
