Program Description:
The master's program, with an FNP track, provides advanced education and clinical training emphasizing: Primary health across the lifespan for underserved rural or urban populations. Health needs for culturally diverse families in nine rural, coastal, southeastern North Carolina counties underserved by health care providers. High quality, cost-effective, unique health care that results in a high level of patient satisfaction. A graduate of the program will be eligible to take the American Nurses Association credentialing examination for FNP's, and be approved to practice as an FNP in North Carolina.
