Program Description:
The program prepares predoctoral students for research careers in basic and applied experimental and biological psychology. The research areas include human and animal sensory information processing,neural mechanisms of motivation and reinforcement, psychological stress and health focusing on the cardiovascular and immune systems, and behavioral/psychopharmacology with special consideration of the behavioral biology of drug abuse.
