Program Description:

This program provides students who are already in management positions, or who intend to seek management positions in the future, with frameworks to understand and analyse educational organisations, administrative principles and the behaviours of human beings in those organisations. Although by itself the degree does not guarantee promotion, many graduates have advanced their careers in public and independent school systems, and tertiary education sectors. Courses in this program are taught by lecturers with extensive research experience in the field, who have published their research in leading international scholarly journals.
