The specialisation in Human Resource Management provides a strong applied and theoretical grounding in all aspects of the management of people. The specialisation is aimed at students interested in acquiring a working knowledge of all key HRM functions and processes. Specialists in HRM are increasingly sought after in private and public sector organisations, both as managers and as management consultants.
