Program enables the student to explore in depth a selected area of advanced practice nursing as a basis for leadership roles in clinical practice, teaching of nursing, administration of nursing or primary care. The program is designed to stimulate an exchange of ideas, foster research attitudes and skills, and enhance the development of innovative roles in nursing practice. At the end of the curriculum, graduates will have a foundation for doctoral study in nursing, as well as preparation for advanced practice. Numerous Areas/Contact the Department.
