Lean is needed for survival in the current global marketplace, and to become competitive means to become Lean. This certificate is designed for professionals who wish to learn about the latest in the concepts of Lean - Six Sigma and the techniques that are used to implement Lean in an organization, whether its be service, manufacturing, or any other. A total of 12 credits composes the requirements for this certificate, as listed below. Applicants are expected to have a background in statistics.
