Program Description:
Physician Assistant Program prepares master's-level primary care physician assistants who practice with physicians and other members of the health care team. The program operates on a 24-month full-time calendar, beginning in June of each year with a new incoming class. The program has been planned to effectively utilize faculty expertise from the University's College of Health Professions, College of Osteopathic Medicine and College of Arts and Sciences. Some faculty members hold joint appointments with responsibility for teaching medical and physician assistant students as well as other health professional students.
