Designed for working professionals, the Master of Engineering degree allows students to combine coursework experiences with workplace challenges to acquire effective administration and management skills. The program is designed to prepare students for career advancement by studying topics including organizational structure and development, statistics, risk, process and economic analyses, project management, evaluation procedures, business theories and practice.

The 36 credit hour master's degree program combines advanced engineering and business management. Core courses are delivered online by faculty from the College of Engineering. Additional courses are provided online by the College of Business Administration’s MBA program faculty. The program is available 100% online.

The degree program requires a total of 36 credits consisting of 18 credits in Engineering courses and 9 credits in Management or Business Administration courses. The remaining 9 credits may be taken from engineering, management or business. All courses are 3 semester credit hours and are set up in accelerated 10-week sessions.

All courses for the master’s degree may be completed entirely online. The program combines an engineering and business curriculum into one degree, preparing graduates for management-level positions.
