Program Description:
The mission of the Department of Animal Sciences is to provide meaningful teaching, research, extension and international programs with emphasis on food and fiber producing animals. As part of that mission we invite application from qualified students interested in pursuing a graduate program of instruction and research leading to the MS and Ph.D. degrees. Specializations available within the department are ruminant and non ruminant nutrition; reproductive physiology, genetics and molecular biology; environmental physiology; and production and management. Programs are flexible and designed to meet the needs and interests of the student.
