Program Description:
This two-year, interdisciplinary program focuses on microbiology, genetics, molecular biology, biochemical engineering, and related fields to train scientists in the physiology, genetics, and engineering of microorganisms and cultured cells. The goal of the program is to train students, typically entering with degrees in life sciences or engineering, in the complementary discipline, better basis preparing them for future careers in industry or research.
