The Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) program is a 10-course professional designation program sponsored jointly by the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. This program gives persons the opportunity to earn a professional designation: Certified Employee Benefit Specialist. The professional CEBS designation can be earned by those who pass 10 national examinations that correspond to the 10 courses.
