Program Description:

The Industrial Relations Center (IRC) offers M.A. and Ph.D. degrees in human resources and industrial relations preparing graduates for professional and academic careers in human resource management, labor relations, and related fields. As part of the Carlson School of Management, IRC faculty and students have access to the resources and facilities of a first-class business school including state-of-the-art instructional facilities. The Twin Cities provides numerous part-time and full-time internship possibilities complementing the academic coursework.
