Program Description:
The master of Professional Accounting program at the University of Miami is designed to meet the needs of two groups of students. Full-time students who have the equivalent of an undergraduate accounting degree may begin the program during the Summer, Fall or Spring and complete the degree requirements within one year by attending all of these sessions. Those currently employed may typically complete the program by taking 6hours of coursework during the Fall and Spring Semesters, and 12 hours of coursework during two intensive 6-week Summer terms. Saturday classes (in taxation) are usually offered during both the Fall and Spring semesters, and the two Summer terms may be taken during the same or consecutive Summers.
