Program Description:

The Master of Human Resource Management (MHRM) is a specialist program intended for existing human resources (HR) professionals and managers. It is also suited to line managers, who are increasingly expected to deal with HR issues and who need to develop a sound knowledge of HR practices. With its strong foundation of human resources principles, practices and strategy, you will come away with a clear understanding of the complex interactions linking an organisation's success to its human resources systems.
