Program Description:

The Executive Master of Arts (EMA)is a two year graduate degree to advance students with traditional humanities and social science backgrounds. The program fosters ethical leadership and social engagement by bringing together your previous discipline-specific knowledge with strategic and professional skills in areas such as professional communication, leadership, people management, financial management and budgeting, and project management methodology. The Executive Master of Arts curriculum includes case studies of real leaders, guest speakers, and opportunities for group discussion and critical self reflection. In addition, students have the opportunity to participate in an Internship experience aimed at providing valuable professional experience and an opportunity to extend professional networks.
