Program Description:

Technology Management encompasses all aspects of management associated with the identification, development,technology acquisition, and application of technologies for the production of goods and services. Consequently, this is a vitally important area both for private-sector organizations that must face the challenges associated with the fast pace of technological change, as well as for the public sector, which has an integral and defining role in providing regulations and policy that will shape the future of U.S. technological competitiveness. The Executive Master of Science in Technology Management program (XTMAN) is designed around three competency areas that are important for managers in a technology-driven, globally competitive business environment. These are Strategic Management, Systems Management and Operations Management.
