Program Description:

The Department of Biochemistry offers training in a wide variety of research areas at the cutting edge of Biochemistry, using state-of-the-art facilities and under the direction of highly motivated Faculty. All students accepted into the program receive a stipend. Although opportunities for gaining teaching experience are available if desired by students, teaching is optional and not a requirement for the degree.
