Program Description:

Economic globalisation is placing demands on scholars, lawyers and regulators that traditional legal education is increasingly unable to meet.
This programme is founded on the belief that the definitions (public and private, domestic and international, political and economic, social and legal) that demarcate the study of law can also cloud analytical judgement and limit the chances for renewal in global economic governance.
