The Department of Dietetics and Nutrition in the School of Allied Health offers a Master of Science degree in Dietetics and Nutrition with a specialty in clinical nutrition. Advanced study provides for enrichment of knowledge, and a practicum leads to development of skills that may be applied to the practice specialty of clinical nutrition. Course work emphasizes the biochemical and physiological aspects of nutrition,basic sciences, medical science, and research.
