Program Description:

We provide a friendly, relaxed and intellectually exciting environment for the study of mathematics with support and guidance to help each student achieve his or her professional goals. We recently won an NSF VIGRE Award, the National Presidential Award in Science, Mathematics, and Engineering Mentoring and the American Mathematical Society’s award Programs that Make a Difference. We have 115 graduate students: 20% US minorities, 35% female, 30% international. Graduates have 100% job placement.
