Program Description:
The Master of Fine Arts degree program concentrates on choreography and/or performance. Applicants whose credentials reflect exceptional ability and potential in choreography and/or performance along with the ability to be self-motivated as working artists while fulfilling artistic objectives are welcomed. Admission is based on an interview, audition, review of videotaped performance and choreographic work, resume, three letters of recommendation, and undergraduate transcripts. The MFA degree program is designed to be completed in six semesters in residence, but can be achieved in five or less, depending upon the candidate'scourse and assistantship load.
