Program Description:

MScs in: Construction Management, Design Management, Facilities Management, Project Management, Property Asset Management, Real Estate Appraisal, Civil Engineering and Sustainable Environmental Development. The Masters Scheme is designed to enable people who already possess technical skills to extend their knowledge and understanding of the management role while enhancing their capacity as professionals and technologists. As you can see in the Scheme diagram (page 106 of the printed prospectus) the degrees are taught entirely in common in the first Semester. This is done in order to facilitate the shared experience that is so important in today’s complex multi-disciplinary world. It also has the benefit of enabling you to postpone the final selection of the MSc degree you wish to pursue.
