Program Description:

The Ph.D. program in the Department of Management includes two disciplinary tracks. One focuses on the individual as the unit of analysis and emphasizes issues such as psychological processes in organizational behavior, individual and team performance, and human resource management; the other focuses on the organization as the unit of analysis and emphasizes issues such as organizational processes and effectiveness, organizational structures, and strategic management.
