Program Description:

Our unique Theatre Practice postgraduate programmes cover practice-based work in theatre and can be taken either as an MA, full-time over 1 year or part-time over 2 years, or as a 2-year full-time MFA.

The Drama Research pathway will develop your skills in research into drama, theatre and performance. It has been designed to offer specialised preparation for students intending to go on to study for an MPhil or PhD research degree. ??Through the pathway you will gain a critical awareness of current scholarship in selected fields of comparative theatrical theory and performance history, as well as a comprehensive understanding of the techniques and methods required to pursue independent research in the discipline.
