Program Description:

The Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) is a one-year full-time course aimed at graduates wishing to teach in primary or secondary schools. Both of these intensive programmes operate in partnership between the University and local schools. The courses involve school-based activities, lectures, seminars, practical workshops and group work. Each student has an adviser who is available to deal with academic, professional and personal concerns.
