M.A.- Industrial Economics

Program Description:

Industrial Organisation (IO) has been the source of some of the most fertile developments in economic theory in the last 20 years. In particular, interest in game theory and transaction cost theory has grown due to applications in IO, and there have been important advances in empirical work to test the new theories. The specialist components of the MA in Industrial Economics were developed by Professors Davies and Lyons, both past editors of the leading journal in the field, the Journal of Industrial Economics.
