Program Description:

This course provides training by experienced teachers and researchers in the economics, sociology and management of industrialisation with special reference to less developed countries. In addition to your specialist courses in industrialisation, industry and society, policy and planning, and quantitative methods, you have the opportunity to explore development issues more widely according to your own interests. This programme is approved for the receipt by UK or EU students of an ESRC open competition studentship.
