Program Description:

This MA provides a rigorous analysis of gender relations in development, covering the oretical approaches to gender as well as policy applications in planning and projects. You will study core units in genderperspectives in development issues; gender analysis in policy and planning, and researching gender for development, and will have the opportunity to select options from a range of topics including the theory of development, industrialisation, rural development, politics, environment and society, and analysis of projects and programmes.
