Program Description:

The EdD is a four-year part-time program leading to a dissertation. It includes taught elements designed to provide training in research and is aimed at professionals involved in training, professional development and education. Students gain the skills and experience to identify research needs, develop and conduct high-quality research relevant to their organisation and work context, assess and support the professionaldevelopment needs of colleagues and to write for publication.
