Program Description:

The Executive Masters in Real Estate and Construction Management program is a fully accredited, flexible degree program designed specifically for experienced individuals who already have a high-level real estate or construction management designation or degree or already have years of work experience under their belt.

Delivered using a combination of online distance learning and intensive three-day executive residency sessions, you’ll gain key concepts, knowledge and analytical tools essential for today’s and tomorrow’s real estate and construction management industry. Students are required to attend a total of three of these courses in residence during the program.

Business subjects are presented through an integrated method that models the complex responsibilities of mangers, owners and employees. Graduates leave the program with practical knowledge and exceptional decision-making skills and problems solving capabilities that create a foundation for a more satisfying and rewarding career.
