Program Description:
From Denver to Tanzania, many companies and organizations are seeking MBAs with a deep understanding of the world marketplace. The International MBA (IMBA) at Daniels is designed for people who understand that all business is international. You’ll study business fundamentals at Daniels and expand your global perspective further by taking courses at another internationally recognized DU school: the Graduate School of International Studies.
Whether you choose a career abroad or in the U.S., the Daniels IMBA will give you the skills and knowledge to succeed in an increasingly global and interdependent world.
IMBA students take the same rigorous foundation courses in values, leadership, marketing, accounting, finance and other business fundamentals that required of all Daniels MBA students. Once that foundation is in place, the IMBA takes you deep into the world of global business practice and cross-cultural communication with specialized topics such as developing international markets, multinational finance
and global business strategy.
The 72-88 credit hour IMBA program may be completed in as little as 21 to 27 months (full-time). A variety of concentrations are available.
