Program Description:

The Chemical Engineering Department presently has 24 full-time faculty. In addition, we profit frominteractions with part-time faculty associates from European universities and from several local industries. Ourcurrent graduate student population consists of about 100 full-time students plus some part-time and extensionstudents from local industry. The low student-faculty ratio in the department, only about 4:1, permits a veryclose interaction between students and faculty -- a critical component of the graduate experience at Delaware.Over the years, our graduates have consistently obtained employment in outstanding academic and industrialinstitutions.
