Program Description:
The school psychology program is comprehensive, integrated and sequential, and it is approved by school psychology standards set forth by the state of Ohio, National Association of School Psychologists and the National Council for the Accreditation of Teacher Education. Courses reflect current advances in the field of school psychology and education. The program is committed to implementation and integration of the most current technology applications.
Our program is structured so course content is accompanied by appropriate field experiences. Practical experiences are designed to provide students with opportunities to practice skills that are required in professional practice while under direct supervision.
Students also participate in an internship, a culminating activity providing students opportunities to develop professional competencies. The internship is completed on a full-time basis for one year in a school district, with supervision provided by appropriately credentialed school psychologists.

Applicants may submit copies of their Praxis results and current licensures in support of their application.
