Program Description:
The electro-optics program began in 1983 and is one of only a handful of electro-optics programs in the United States. Electro-optics lies at the interface between engineering and science with faculty and researchers from the School of Engineering and the College of Arts and Sciences. Students in our program receive hands-on training in three optics courses and a significant number of electives spanning a number of technical areas. Research opportunities for both master's and doctoral candidates are available from individual faculty members, the University of Dayton Research Institute and the Air Force Research Laboratory.

Results from the GRE are not required. However, you are welcome to submit a score in support of your application.
