Program Description:

The Graduate Certificate in Strategic Leadership is designed to prepare experienced professionals for high-level executive positions with broad strategic management responsibilities. The objective of the Strategic Leadership concentration is to develop six mindsets that are necessary for leading complex organizations in the context of an increasingly dynamic and diverse global environment. The development of these mindsets occurs through an ongoing integration of the materials presented in the value-creation core, advanced integrated core, and the specific electives that make up the Strategic Leadership concentration.
