Not-for-Profit Management at the Graduate School of Management is designed to address the challenges facing the not-for-profit sector. Many not-for-profit organizations have faced new competition, dramatic changes in their customer mix, and significant declines in their traditional sources of revenue. Today's challenges mean that organizations must know the most sophisticated and advanced concepts the field has to offer in order to remain competitive.

Managers of not-for-profit corporations are animated by their passion for service. More and more frequently a compelling mission and passionate commitment are not enough for success. The University of Dallas Not-for-Profit program is designed to augment the skills and specialized knowledge managers have with the practical tools for success. Although the ends are different and the clients are different, the tools necessary to build a strong, viable and successful not-for-profit are the very same tools used by for-profit firms. Whether its marketing, human resources, accounting, finance or operations - often times the best way to accomplish your mission is through better business practices.
