Program Description:

The Department of Psychology offers coursework and dissertation supervision for a Doctorate of Philosophy degree. The program is designed to produce specialists in the normal and abnormalpsychological processes that accompany aging (Geropsychology). The program trains students in mental health assessment and intervention for older adults, and basic and applied research on the psychologicalfunctioning, social psychology, psychology and law, program evaluation, and cognition.
